Lawrence Townhouses, 16 Colonsay Street are the perfect choice for your Otago Accommodation. With three self-contained units, you’ll be able to relax and unwind in Lawrence, with plenty of space and all the comforts of home.
We have three bedrooms in each townhouse, one Queen with ensuite, one Queen bed, and two King Singles.
We can cater for up to three meals a day for groups of 10 or less and staying more than one night. Packed lunches are also available, on request.
It is a very short walk to the cafes and gift shops that Lawrence has to offer.
We are now running Lawrence Bike Transfers, with a custom built bike trailer - max 20 bikes. Running daily from Lawrence to anywhere on the Clutha Gold Trail with pickups along the way. Bookings preferably 24 hours in advance
Lawrence is well known for gold being struck by Gabriel Read in 1861, for making the first bicycle in NZ and the words for the national anthem were composed in our lovely town.
